Sick days insurance

Sick days insurance enables the employer to insure himself against the unexpected results of sickness or accident to one of the workers, as the law or general labor agreements require and even more than that required .

The following are the characteristics of the insurance :

  • The employer is the owner of the policyThe employer can insure
  • very worker (even if he suffers from a disease but is fit to work) up to age 65 without a health declaration or personal health check-up being required .
  • The level of compensation is set in accordance with reporting by the employer but in any case no more than the actual expense .
  • Flexibility exists in selection of the length of the waiting period and the length of the compensation period .
  • In the case of a work accident, compensation is given for the first 12 days in accordance with the liability of the employer .
  • The plan is permitted for deduction for tax purposes up to 2.8% of salary .
